To be SOLD by AUCTION, by John Tandy on Tuesday next the 22nd of this instant March.

All the HOUSEHOLD-GOODS, FURNITURE, and STOCK in TRADE of WILLIAM BERRILL, of BOZEAT, in the County of Northampton, Mason: Consisting of a feather-Bed, Flock-Beds, Bedsteads, Curtains, Chairs, Tables, Drawers, Pewter, Brass, Barrels, Tubs, Copper and Grate, and all sorts of Grocery Goods, and Drugs of several Kinds. The sale to begin at Ten o’clock precisely on Account of the Number of Lots.
N.B. The said William Berrill having made an Assignment of the above Effects (to Edward Pinkerd, Thomas Pinkerd, and William Pinkerd, all of Turvey, in the County of Bedford,) for the Benefit of his creditors: All persons therefore, having any claims on the said William Berrill are desired forthwith to send in an Account thereof: And all persons any-ways indebted to the estate and Effects of the said William Berrill, are hereby requested to pay the same immediately, to the said Edward Pinkerd, Thomas Pinkerd, and William Pinkerd, or they will be sued without further Notice.

ALL Persons who have any Claim or Demand on the Estate or effects of THOMAS PINKERD, late of Turvey, in the County of Bedford, Grocer and Laceman, deceased, are desired to deliver Particulars of their respective Demands to his Daughter and Administratrix , Ann Pinkerd, at Turvey aforesaid, or to Mr. Garrard, Solicitor, Olney, Bucks: and those Persons who are indebted to the Estate of the said Thomas Pinkerd, are required to pay their respective Debts to the said Administratrix.

At the Tinker Inn, in Turvey, in the County of Bedford, on
Monday the 23rd Day of February instant, at Three o’Clock in the afternoon.

A Very desirable FREEHOLD RESIDENCE, situate at TURVEY, eight miles from Bedford, and four miles from Olney, with large Garden and Paddock, Coach-house and Stable, now in the occupation of Miss Pinkerd, and the house contains five bed Rooms and two Servants’ sleeping Rooms, drawing Room, 17 Feet 6 Inches by 15 Feet 6 Inches; dining Room, 14 Feet 3 Inches by 13 Feet 10 Inches; Housekeeper’s Room, Butler’s Pantry, Kitchen and back Kitchen, Larder, and two Cellars.
There are two Tenements adjoining, which will be included in the Purchase, subject to the Estate for Life of John Robinson.
TURVEY is near the Centre of the Oakley Hunt. – Possession of the house may be had at Lady Day next.

NORTHAMPTON Saturday, Feb. 7. 1818

MARRIED. On Tuesday last, at Turvey, Beds, by the Rev. Legh Richmond, A.M. and chaplain to his Royal Highness the Duke of Kent. Mr. C. Lavender, of Elstow, near Bedford, to Maria, fifth daughter of the late Mr. Thos. Pinkard, of the former place.
